Rodger's
experience dates back to his early apprenticeship in the Plumbers
& Pipefitters School; positions with Texas Mechanical Corp., General
Engineering Corp., and management of the SW Division of the Grunau
Company.
Rodger & Walt founded A&G Piping
in 1984.
Rodger maintains key client contacts while serving in trade
relationships such as Past-President of Mechanical Contractors Associations
of Fort Worth and of Texas, and is an active committee member of the
Pipe Trades Council representing the Mechanical
Contractors Association of America. In 2005 Rodger was honored to
be elected to the MCAA Board of Directors.
Corporations for which he has produced outstanding results
have frequently honored him. |
Walt attended the Plumbers and Pipefitters Apprentice School and is now
a licensed Master Plumber.
He supervised major plumbing installations over the years
in Florida and North Texas for the Grunau Company for which he was
highly regarded.
Walt's hands-on perspectives and years of experience have
made him an irreplaceable commodity for our clients and a strong force
for A&G Piping. |
Bobby grew up in the piping trade, and along the way, gained the respect
of his fellow employees and extensive portfolio of clients.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington
with a degree in Finance & Accounting, he has become well prepared
for the task of becoming an executive in the daily operations of
A&G Piping.
Bobby is a Past President of Mechanical Contractors
Association of Fort Worth and of MCATexas. He a member of the Executive Board of the Mechanical
Contractors Association of Texas. He has completed both sessions of the
Project Management Institute conducted by the MCAA.
The reins of the company began to
be turned over to the new generation with the
official appointment of Bobby Grimes as
President in 2006. |

While attending Texas A&M University, Gretchen developed her natural
ability in computer technology and in accounting. She brings those
skills to A&G Piping
with enthusiasm, proving herself invaluable to the
daily administration of the company.
Gretchen's
customer service abilities and problem-solving talents make her the ideal Director of Administration
and Finance. Other employees have come to respect and admire her
quick thinking and mature decisions. |
Ken
has a diverse background in the construction industry; from
architecture to process piping, project management and design services to hands on installation, including 11 years working in the industrial
sector. This diverse experience brings a unique and balanced perspective to projects
with A&G
Piping
and provides a valuable service to our clients.
Since graduating from Dallas County College, Ken has worked his way up to Project Management and performs marketing, estimating and design services in addition to his project manager duties. |
